Exchange and Store Credit Policy
Our Guarantee
We understand that finding the perfect rug for your home can be tricky. That’s why we offer a 30-day (one-month) exchange guarantee. If the rug doesn’t complement your décor, you have 30 days from the date you received the item to initiate an exchange. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility and Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, the rug must be returned in the same condition that you received it. This means the rug must be:
- Unused and unworn (no signs of use, vacuuming, or traffic).
- Free of any damage, stains, dirt, or pet hair.
- In its original packaging (or packaged securely for transport).
We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the rug does not meet these conditions upon inspection.
Exchange Process and Fees
- Exchange for Décor Reasons: If you are exchanging the rug because it doesn’t suit your décor or style, we will cover the courier fee to send the original rug back to us.
- New Delivery Fee: You will be responsible for the courier fee to ship the new, exchanged rug to your address.
- Store Credit Option: If an immediate exchange isn’t suitable, we may also offer the full value of your purchase as store credit, which can be used at any time.
Important: No Cash Refunds
Please Note: We do not offer cash refunds. We only process exchanges or issue store credit.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We have partnered with The Courier Guy as our trusted courier service provider to ensure your rug arrives safely and efficiently.
- Tracking: Once your purchase is complete, you will promptly receive your waybill number and tracking information via email to keep you updated on your delivery status.
